Wayland to Waveland Staying In Touch
Exploring 'What's Next' !

Summer, 2008 – WAYLAND, MA – The Wayland to Waveland Steering Committee has been working on "what's next" in Waveland. It is monitoring efforts by a group of business owners to rebuild the Coleman Avenue downtown shopping district, an effort in part led by Kathy Pinn who has been a longtime friend of W2W and who has visited Wayland on two occasions.

The group has formed as the Waveland Community Coalition and is actively soliciting members and donations. Click here to download their sign up form.

The steering committee also is beginning to consider and organize fall work trips to Waveland. While there is no large building project on the horizon, there likely will be some small work trips for students and/or adults. Stay tuned.

Groups from Wayland and Natick -- organized in part by St. Ann's and St. Zepherin's parishes -- visited Gulfport to help in rebuilding. The trip went real well and some of them did work in Waveland on St. Clare's property.
