August 09 –Photos (below) from Ryan: I just wanted to send you some photos of the dirt work in progress on Combel St. These pictures were taken Monday, August 6th. We had to muck out about two and half feet of bad soil on each lot where the footprint of the house would be so we could get down to something solid. We then brought in good fill dirt and compacted it to get a solid base for the foundations. The dirt work was finished yesterday afternoon and the foundation contractor will start on Monday morning (the 13th). I'll try to get some better pictures of all of the lots together, now that they are at final grade. It looks really good. I am closing on one of the pieces of land that will fit two more houses tomorrow. Hopefully the survey on the final piece of land will be done and we will be able to close on it next week.
